    This podcast has shown me great tools and insight in to the gift of empathy and how to manage it. My only complaint is that Michelle minimizes the bad actors / energy vampires we struggle to protect ourselves from. I feel like she lately has been putting all the fault back on me. I wish she would validate us, the empaths, more. My struggle with boundaries and people pleasing aren’t a problem with healthy, humble, respectful people.
