    Chapter 80 and the rest of chapter 79 from the Count of Monte Cristo did not get posted correctly. It appears chapter 79 got cut off near its end. I love the show. Thanks for all you do!

  • Loving 1001 podcasts!

    I have never been a big reader, but listening to these classic stories stories for the road, short stories, Sherlock Holmes stories, histories, and mysteries or any of the other 1001 podcasts has allowed me to enjoy so much literature that I would not be exposed to otherwise. I anxiously await the release of several of these each week!

    Apparently you have had some complaints about this book’s length. For me, it is fine. I am a huge Dumas fan and would love it if you did the entire 3 Musketeers series, all 8-10 books.

    Remember, the Count of Monte Christo is a semi-biographical account of Dumas’ father’s life. See “The Black Count” by Tom Reiss.
