  • One of my favorite podcasts

I absolutely love the guests and the depths of conversation that get right to the heart of something, without a super lengthy podcast. Such great questions get asked and I always have a powerful takeaway

  • Life changing approach

Our family has the hardest time planning out what to eat each week. We have two teens who have different tastes. My husband enjoys making full meals to feed our family but sometimes this can be so much work. I loved these ideas including “make your own dinner” and each of us can pick a night plan the meal. Easing that stress for my husband.

  • Love it !!

First of all i love the fact it’s always around 30 mins. I have learned so much from Racheal . I feel like I am not doing a justice to the podcast by just writing a few words. I have never missed an episode that hopefully can tell how much I love and look forward to it.
