    Good to hear a coach talk about something that’s not pure velocity. I played with him a summer in AK and dude is a smart guy and obviously knows what he’s talking about. Thanks for the content Bo!

  • A must for the parent/coach

    I have been a listener for the last two years and went back and caught up on the episodes before I started listening. I have coached my boys in several sports throughout the years and Coach Bo gets it. He understands the importance of kids having fun in sports. A great way for them to have fun is to be competitive. I make my practices centered around competition and the kids moving from drill to drill. I also make my practices harder than games and limit the amount of coaching in games so they c... more

  • Every week for FIVE years I have loved and learned from Coach Bo.

    As a coach and high school teacher I keep being reminded that kids are not just little adults. I have learned from Coach Bo how to think and teach age appropriate. The success rate is greater.
