First up James was a manager of mine many years ago and I did some work for Jimmy in that role. The podcast is a great reminder of the distilled wisdom of both James and Jimmy and has provided several reinforcing messages of things to do and approaches to take in the workplace. And it’s pretty funny too.
Great podcast, the guys obviously know what they are talking about and are having fun recording it.
Really entertaining and worthwhile to either learn or refresh your knowledge in the customer, service and organisation of yourself and others. All wrapped up with a saving touch of humour / sarcasm / intellect.
Remember Derek & Clive….. well kinda like that with more swear words but with the added benefit of two very bright people discussing very real issues in todays world of commerce.
Well worth a listen.
