I just picked up the Blu-ray collection for this wonderful show. I was disappointed because there are so few extras on it. Fortunately, this podcast more than makes up for it. The host, Jason Alme, has a degree in film. His observations are incisive and enable the viewer to appreciate KOR on a deeper level. I love how he gives this series the “Criterion Treatment.” Now, START LISTENING! 🙏🏽🦊

Host Jason provides passionate introspection on the series’ episodes and characters, along with critical and technical analysis. Often with comparisons to today’s social political norms and customs from a Western cultural perspective.

I grew up in France in the 90's and KOR was on prime time on TV. The story, the characters and this endless summer triggered some warm feelings for me as well. It still resonates in a nice way. The host perfectly masters the topic. Thank you for your hard work !
