あけましておめでとうございます。2026年最初の「あきらめラジオ」は、ナビゲーターの坂口が一人でしっとりとお届けします。
2025年はエネルギーを外へ外へと向け、全力で駆け抜けた一年でした 。しかし、その結果気づいたのは「このままでは自分が崩壊してしまう」という切実な予感 でした。
2026年、坂口が掲げるテーマは「遊ぶ・緩む・余白を作る」 頑張ること、仕事を詰め込むことが得意な自分にとって、これはある意味で最大の挑戦です。
