Geweldig onderwerp, prachtige uitvoering. Ik had zoiets 5 jaar geleden al willen beluisteren maar het is fijn dat er eindelijk meer serieuze aandacht komt voor het belang van schermvrije tijd en interactie, en het naïeve gejubel over al die technologische “vooruitgang” eindelijk verstild.

Goed gemaakte podcast. Ik wist wel van het verslavende effect van smartphones e.d.
Maar vooral de reacties van de studenten van de Bildung Academie die een digitale detox doen, vond ik vrij schokkend. Bewustwording is het begin, maar de verantwoordelijkheid voor schermafhankelijkheid ligt niet bij het individu, blijkt wel uit deze podcast.
