Genuinely love this podcast. It’s a no nonsense podcast that it’s filled with a litany of takes or bias.

  • Good but could be better

My biggest issue with this show is that it seems Greg is reading off a script. Him and Sean McDonough are a GREAT crew, and I think this podcast would greatly benefit from another personality/producer for Greg to interact with. Otherwise it just feels like Greg is just reading through a script.

  • Great Analysis!

I really appreciate how Greg does a deep-dive into how each game develops and explains the key moments. Thank you for saying “an alumnus” instead of “an alumni!”

Greg McElroy & Ryen Russillo, can we (should we) fix the CFP? | Always College Football
Q: Is there a team from the first round that could make a run like Notre Dame last year?
I think the top eight teams have questions at quarterback, making it hard to predict who might succeed.
Greg McElroy & Ryen Russillo, can we (should we) fix the CFP? | Always College Football
Q: How do we fix it, I guess, Ryen, in your eyes?
I'd only let one team in from the group of five, to have a barrier for entry for a G5 champion.

I was disappointed for Notre Dame, but I totally understood it.

Yes, I think that's absolutely a possibility.

Q: If they win the SEC Championship game, where do you see Alabama being ranked?
There's a strong possibility they would go up to five, but it is a little dependent on what happens in front of them.
