We think about vulnerability as a tell-all of uncomfortable stuff, but that’s only a small part. Sharing what we like and what matters to us takes courage.   • Freeing my sexuaity

    As someone who struggles with expressing sexuality, this podcast has helped me see where my negative self talk is inhibiting me. Heather Shannon is unabashedly sex and kink positive and this has helped me appreciate the imaginative, fluid, creative, and sensitive parts of my sexuality. As a man in this world, it is not always easy for me to share where I struggle with sex or what or who turns me on and this podcast is helping me heal.
