  • So necessary!

I love this podcast so much. It’s so helpful to be able to put these communication concepts to use and also gain necessary tools to fix common comm mistakes. I also LOVE hearing all of the research and studies to back these daily occurrences and explain why we do these things. It’s almost like therapy mixed with a class. This is a perfect listen for people who love to learn more about themselves and their relationships, can’t recommend it enough!
