  • Mouth Sounds

Gil’s talks are very helpful except for the distraction of his constant swallowing and tongue licks that are annoying. His speech is so soft that the microphone picks up all these extraneous sounds. It sounds like his salivary glands are overproductive.

  • Grateful ☸️

Im so very grateful to have found this podcast! I listen to many Buddhist teachers on various sites over the years but just found this one. I have read Gil Fronsdale’s books and he is full of dharma wisdom. But listening to his talks, especially when he answers student questions really embodies for me the wisdom, mindfulness and metta that Buddhism represents. His talks are truly jewels. Many thanks to all involved for these precious teachings 🙏🏼
