Love the travelogue idea and hope to hear more. I could see a GW book of essays here. Good for thought. 💚
I really enjoy this pods ! Saves me time and energy which I love to spend in my garden
I say this facetiously, though my husband thinks so. There are so many wonderful gardeners who feature prominently in this show (Frances, Alan, Carol, Adam, etc), but no gardener has influenced me more than Monty. Even more than his raw handsomeness and ASMR voice, I appreciate how much joy in my life he has helped me discover. Black cherry tomatoes, peas (edible and sweet), garden fasion (maybe especially this), enjoying my garden with my dog, and so much more- Monty has never led me astray. Th... more
This was absolutely brilliant!! Truly! Huw Richards points were so straight forward common sensical and yet so refreshingly delivered.
Another Gardener’s World hit!!
Thank you.
I really enjoyed the recent episode on gardening in a small space. One of the things I like about this podcast is that is addresses modern issues such as young people have less and less access to garden space, as well the ecological impact of pesticides, peat, and plastic. However the hosts always do this from a place of learning and hope rather than pessimism - it is one of those podcasts where no matter the topic you come away with inspiration rather than despondency.
