Dr Paige and Dr Tamsin are such enjoyable hosts! Love this energetic, thoughtful podcast
Hosts, and so far guests, are a good bit younger than I am but I find myself nodding along often. Such a rich topic and Dr. Lee and Dr. Yang do a great time of holding a container while simultaneously being open to where the guests take them. Pleasantly surprised by how relatable it all is. From the lighter bits of “good hair days” to deeper meanings of connection, spirituality etc. If you want to know what the smart women of their generation are grappling with listen up!
Drs Tamsin and Paige share so much of their own experience and knowledge on this podcast. They take care to speak with qualified and knowledgable guests, ask thought provoking questions, and are taking the time to educate. Thankful for all I have learned so far and hope to continue on this journey with them!
I really enjoy this podcast. I find myself talking out loud while I listen because the vulnerable shares and insights are so powerful and touching and often so relatable. Every episode is full of thought provoking ideas that fold into my life in very meaningful ways. Love it. Looking forward to the next one. 💕
This podcast is so deeply powerful. Each episode is filled with so much inquiry of beauty and I’m left one moment feeling joyful, another moment crying from all that resonates and looking at how I look at my own life experience and how it shaped my own beauty story. Would highly recommend this podcast!! :)
