As someone who's always had a hard time making friends, I love how this podcast not only dives into the awesome parts of friendship but also the psychology behind it. I will also always know the difference between "envy" and "jealously" now thanks to this podcast.

Listening to this podcast I have laughed, cried, and reflected on my friendships. Alysa dives into issues like mental health, drama, losing friends, making new friends, and talks about friendship origin stories. You are missing out if you don't listen to this podcast.
