Q: How does that work with like hiring and things like that?
We have a board of directors that all the members vote on. So we have 15 seats on our board.

A lot of times when you think of co-ops, you think of grocery stores a lot of times. But for us, we're what's called a 308A cooperative, where we literally have 1,880 members and they're all equal owners of the business.
