I did great for 3 months, I lost 30 lbs but then lost my way. Im back and just as angered as I was before. Its just the push I needed. Down 5 lbs already!

Decent enough content, but with episodes only 25-30 min long, having 8-10 min of ads is distracting and hard to stick with. I’ve noticed the same with other podcasts owned/operated by iHeart. Unfortunate that it detracts from important content.
