  • Want to quit Sugar? Listen here…

I discovered Big Sugar while in my journey to lose weight when there were only 3 episodes. I was so angered by what I heard the sugar industry was doing to us and was ready to boycott sugar. I did great for 3 months, I lost 30 lbs but then lost my way. Im back and just as angered as I was before. Its just the push I needed. Down 5 lbs already!

  • Just skip the ads

I haven’t paid for a newspaper in decades. This is a great bit of journalism. The ads are annoying but think, when was the last time you paid for stories the world deserves to hear. Now more than ever.

  • Ads are Suffocating!

Decent enough content, but with episodes only 25-30 min long, having 8-10 min of ads is distracting and hard to stick with. I’ve noticed the same with other podcasts owned/operated by iHeart. Unfortunate that it detracts from important content.
