I love that this is bringing awareness to missing black women but the ads are endless . I understand you need revenue but I’ve never listened to a podcast with so many ads. It’s a no for me ads so long I forgot who the story was about ridiculous!
Heartbreaking stories, but Amara’s voice and storytelling are captivating. She explains each case clearly and with compassion. The only downside is the excessive and lengthy ads — they really interrupt the flow.

Thank you so much for bringing light to our Black women and women of color that have been victims of horrific crimes. I listen to a lot of true crime podcasts but Amara has a way of making every case feel personal and human. Thank you Amara and Jason!
I’ve never listened to a podcast with more ads. Wanted to give this a try and enjoyed the content until I got to the seemingly like 7 minute long block of ads. Sorry.
