Such a fun and easy to listen to podcast! I had been looking for a Bollywood podcast for a while and when I found Bollywood is for lovers I was so blown away! I love the insight and perspective that Matt and Erin bring to their discussion - I also love the canadian references! Thank you for being my consistent commuter companions!!
Found this podcast by accident and loving it. Hosts have great chemistry which helps a lot. Their takes on movies which I have seen as an Indian is refreshingly different and extremely entertaining. This will be one of my regular listenings going forward.
Also great that I can dive into the 200+ episode library having come late to this party. I also agree with the hosts that 60s and 70s were the most entertaining periods of Indian cinema.
Erin, Matt, sorry but you got it wrong on motivations ... more

I randomly discovered your podcast almost a year ago and it quickly became my comfort podcast. The comfort I found in two cinephiles talking about Bollywood at length in my ear was something I never thought I needed. I eagerly wait for your episodes now that I have binge listened almost all of them. I follow your recommendations to watch movies for the next episode,... more
Just wanted to pop up back in here again to say how thankful and appreciative I am of you guys for not only mentioning the farmers’ protest on your podcast but also showing your support for them. Not even Indian podcasters or celebs have done that, which is a real shame. Truly won over my heart even more! I had already submitted my review below some time ago, and I just put on episode 108 “Underpants Captain”, and felt really compelled to say thank you. Thank you! You guys are truly awesome and ... more
