Q: Can you tell me a little bit about your book, Pancakes for Roger?
Yeah, so the full title of the book is Pancakes for Roger, A Mentorship Guide for Slaying Dragons, which shares insights and advice about life gathered from my dad and other experiences.

Q: What do you hope they'll take away from the novel?
I hope that they will learn that God can be trusted even when things don't look beautiful in the here and now.

Q: Can you tell us a little bit more about yourself, but there is so much packed in here, so tell us about your life as a professional musician?
I started playing cello in fourth grade and went to college and grad school for cello. After finishing school, I also embraced writing, and I love being able to pursue both careers as they creatively feed into each other.

I learned that I could write under deadline and that I'm inspired by setting.
