This is a long overdue review for a show I’ve been listening to religiously for several seasons (and off-seasons). Both shows are fun and charming and educational. The opponent spotlights and opponent media/podcast interviews are genuinely some of the best sports content around right now.

I started listening before Austin even had a stadium and have kept on listening every week since. Last year I left Austin and miss the occasional Austin FC match stream but I never miss an episode of Moontower. For me it’s the Goldilocks of soccer pods: not too technical, not too emotional, just a perfect mix of vibes and tactics talk.
