Cardboard Wars does an amazing job blending the world of sports cards with stories behind the players and products that made the hobby what it is. Every episode feels like a mix of nostalgia and discovery. My favorite so far is about Wayne Gretzky my all time favorite player and how his cards changed the game. I am newly getting back into the hobby. Trying to get my 2yr old son a good little collection so he and I can have something to bond over. This episode was absolutely amazing. Covering one of the most talented athletes I ever have had the privilege to watch as a kid at Kauffman between ages 6-10. To include the most iconic baseball card from when I was a kid. Thank you for giving me a flashback in time and my next purchase of card! Great show!
