In my best MI5-agent mode (yes, yes, was very difficult to find 🤦♀️), I also tracked down your old YouTube channel (I have to say, I really miss listening to you read on there) and your podcast. As someone who struggles with depression and anxiety this brings calm to my storm. Very informative as well as entertaining. I have a hard time opening up and speaking in general so this is my form of therapy and I find this podcast helps. Can't explain why but it does. Unexpectedly delightful and soft and pleasant? It’s actually really nice to just listen to him chatter away. Turns my brain off for a while (which is not a small thing she’s very very busy). It makes my commutes a lot less miserable too so I’ve started bookending my work/school days with this.
