I attended Hannah’s group Hypnobirthing course in 2022 before the birth of my daughter. I loved having these episodes to listen to alongside completing that course, she has a fabulous insight and very practical information to apply. I have continued to tune in each new episode that is dropped, and love sharing them with friends/family who are expecting babies and I’m sure I will re listen to them all, once I am pregnant again!
I’ve followed Hannah for years on Instagram and love her woman-focused, evidence based approach to pregnancy and birth. I can’t wait to follow her podcast and hear more. People needing pregnancy and birth information from an Australian perspective need to listen to this.
