I love listening to this podcast on my commutes to and from work! The format is fun, I like the teaser from the guest before starting. It is fun getting to know the hosts and hearing the many different running journeys.
This is my absolute favorite running podcast! A perfect blend of insight, inspiration, humor, and knowledge. I look forward to each and every episode! Ali and Ann are amazing interviewers and story tellers! Love this podcast!!
This is a good running podcast with interesting hosts. My only complaint is that the audio could be slightly louder, which could be achieved with audio compression. It’s a drag to listen to a podcast & miss some of the words because of volume problems
Always interesting and entertaining (both the running talk and the coffee reviews).
