The podcast where three former youth group kids and current music nerds deep dive into Christian music of the 90s and 2000s. We revisit records track-by-track, sometimes with the artists who made the records. You’ll also hear artist interviews, Bop 10 song rankings, and more!

Please give each other a chance to talk. It’s very hard to keep track of who’s talking and what’s going on when you’re all so eager to make a joke at any cost.
Came for the music discourse stayed for everything else. It deserves a hard bop. Kylan, TJ and Josh totally feel like dudes I know and would love to chill and hang with. I recommend this to everyone. Not sure what else to write here, go enjoy some sweet sweet bass.
Hey guys, love the show, fun insights, often times I disagree with y’all’s takes but it’s cool to hear a different opinion than my own on a lot of these records.
Have you guys listened to So Long Forgotten? If I remember rightly, Cody helped produce their second record and did some guest vox on it. Great band, great record. Y’all should cover it!
Thanks!
I really want to like this podcast. These guys are slightly older than me, which means they cover some records that are a little before my time. I tend to only listen to the episodes of albums I grew up with, to hit that “growing up homeschooled in Texas” nostalgia. I recently tried to listen to their Jars of Clay “Much Afraid” episode and had to delete it because we were 40 minutes in and they hadn’t even gotten to the record yet. Please, for the love of everything guys, cut down on the gabbing... more
