Ich mag euren Podcast sehr. Da ich einfach nur an der Fliegerei interessiert bin, finde ich es spannend, zu erfahren, wie die Arbeit der verschiedenen Berufsbilder abläuft. Ich weiß, dass das hier ein Recruiting Podcast ist. Die zweite Hälfte der Gespräche finde ich dann nicht mehr so interessant, wo es um den tollen Arbeitgeber und mein Weg zur DFS geht.😇🤣
Wenn ich mir was wünschen darf: mich interessiert die Arbeit von den Leuten, die die An- und Abflugprozeduren an Flughäfen entwickeln.
