A fantastic podcast. I’m on my first read through of the series (currently up to ASOS) and it has been so so fun to read the chapter and then listen to the group’s thoughts on it. All of the hosts are witty, clever and insightful and this podcast has very genuinely brought a bright spot for me in a challenging time. Thanks so much for the time and effort you’ve put into this!
The women, and occasional man, on this podcast are insightful, funny and very knowledgeable about A Song of Ice and Fire and A Game of Thrones. As they unapologetically state, they are huge fans of Jaime and Brienne and their relationship, but they don’t stint on their examination of the other characters. It’s like listening in on a wonderful book club!
This podcast has been my faithful companion since 2017 and I have loved every bit of it. The podcasters’ knowledge of the source material is encyclopaedic and their humour refreshing. Their most recent read (or re-read) of the books is fantastic.
They welcome questions, comments and constructive criticism with eagerness and are happy to engage in highly articulated debates. The diversity of the panel is definitely a plus and it enriches the experience for the listeners.
Thanks for your labour o... more
I have listened to them all and enjoyed the episodes, wish they were longer!
