  • Boyfriend material

I don’t care that much about plants but these two guys are my reminder of what healthy masculinity sounds and feels like. They are the type that all my friends are dating or married to. It helps me to remember what I am looking for in the dating world to hear the way they talk to each other and their fans. After a date I’ll listen to this and think about if that guy is similar/different to these two. Thanks for being good people Casey and Alex!

One of my favorite episodes, it’s very comforting to hear a fellow person that doesn’t have a degree but loves plants a ton.

The change in temperature and increased moisture trigger fungi to fruit, taking cues from their environment and interrelations with trees.
Baklava (Pistachio)
Q: Casey, are you sad about this? Or are you sad because it's called the dinosaur killing asteroid and not the conifer killing asteroid?
Casey expresses curiosity about the impact of the asteroid on both dinosaurs and conifers, noting that while dinosaurs were decimated, many plants, including conifers, also faced severe decline, giving way to angiosperms.
Dial M for (Maxipiñon)
Q: Are certain tree species better at bearing carbon and emitting oxygen more than others?
The size and longevity of trees matter more than species; larger, long-lived trees generally sequester more carbon and produce more oxygen.

Q: What's your love language?
I like to receive words of affirmation and touch. I like to give acts of kindness and quality time.
