I really dig the grassroots podcast. A lot of great information learned and given by the guests. My only critique is the rigid interview style. In a lot of episodes the guests gave some really good answers with more context then the interview question asked for in the first place. The interviewer would just move on to the next question on their list rather then ask follow up questions and allow the interview to flow organically.
This is a really great podcast featuring real practitioners in the community. Highly recommend!
