I very much enjoy Ms. Spradley's podcast as well as her LinkedIn posts. The podcasts are brief; usually less than 10 minutes, so I can listen and glean information quickly.
My only suggestion to Ms.Spradley would be to decrease the volume of the introductory "applause" to match the volume of her podcasts so I don't have to quickly turn the volume down as the new podcast starts if I'm listening to multiple podcasts in a row.
