I have to say that ‘aboriginals’ is not a word, even though it is used all throughout white Australian history. Aboriginal is an adjective, so you can say aboriginal people, or otherwise use aborigine for a single person, and aborigines for two or more people. It’s just one of those things I learnt at University that I’d love to share with others.
