Really impressed by these podcasts. So much hard work goes into the analysis and everything is explained in such great detail. The best crime analyses to listen to. So respectful to the victims too, never losing site of them. Thank you Laura, really educational.
Very knowledgeable intelligent host but talks way too much. An interview consists of questions and answers, not monologues. The Matt Murphy interview was frustrating to listen to. I’d have hit play and just let him talk, such a giant in his field.
This is the very best crime podcast out there. Never exploitative. Victim centred. Laura brings her insight and hands on experience to each case with detailed analysis. She actually LISTENS to her interview subjects and survivors clearly feel comfortable talking to her. She’s an expert in the area of coercive control and intimate partner violence and she teaches prevention and how to recognise the warning signs. I can’t recommend this podcast highly enough.
Riveting and shocking analysis, brilliantly presented by Laura Richards.

Expert guests, including investigative journalists and forensic specialists, contribute insights that deepen the understanding of criminal behavior and victimology, creating a comprehensive analysis that is both thought-provoking and educational.
