  • Worth a listen

Easy to listen to podcast but the breathing exercises seem a bit douche

  • Why so many loud ads?

I love this podcast but the ads are obnoxious. Why do a breathing exercise and an intro only to break the trance with an ad? When do fall asleep, the ads at the end wake me abruptly.

  • Occasional loud and sudden sound effects can be startling when you’re drifting off. For a bedtime podcast, the sound design works against the whole point.

  • Love but unbearable amount of ads

I absolutely love the stories, most have never heard and Jacks voice is so relaxing. But 9 ads (some repeated twice) + breathing exercises, means each episode is about half its actual length. While it’s supposed to be for bedtime, I end up waking up to skip forward the abrupt and irritating ads. The content is amazing, but the ads are turning me off, sadly.
