A big story in my smallish town from when I was very young. A name named Matt Vaca kidnapped 2 woman Brandi Hicks and Elizabeth Reiser. He murdered Beth and attempted to SA Brandi. After a failed SA he tried to kill Brandi by pushing her off a bridge but she survived. But not easily. Messed up story I think you guys would like. In Tuscarawas county, New Philadelphia Ohio in the year 2000.
