Fills the void for The Crown fans but could do a better job on some of the basic details that are well known & easily researched. Enjoyed season 1, but found season 2 a bit over the top & cringey as it leaned in more heavily into creative license & dramatization. Didn’t stop me listening & Im anxiously awaiting season 3.
I can understand adding creative narrative to fill out the story, but so much of the fact is incorrect
As with its sister podcast Palace Intrigue (5 stars!), this show is great but the AI storytelling really knocks it down a notch. It’s listening to Siri so lacks warm, genuine interest, and authenticity. Please find a human!
My biggest criticism is that despite reporting that Kate wanted to be known as Catherine after the engagement & wedding you continued to refer to her as Kate!
This show is fun. I can’t get enough of this family!
