When I heard the podcast with Dr Daniel’s on mother son enmeshment I felt like crying . I could relate to it. I think I was doing just that . It’s so true it’s hard to let go of your son emotionally, probably because the emotional need is not met with husband or partner . This podcast made me more aware of what I was doing . Doing out of love but was causing more harm. I would love if you explored more into this especially if one has to be a carer and try and separate emotionally from your son .... more
