Dalton is a minimalist (if that’s the right word) - He shuts up and lets the guest do the talking, only chiming in or asking questions when necessary (the Ben Stoeger episode being an understandable exception). I sincerely appreciate this, along with Dalton’s focus to always bring the story back on track after a tangent is taken.

Dalton does a great job interviewing his guests and allowing them the time they sometimes need to explain everything. He doesn’t rush to the next question and makes it genuinely a great conversation rather than a Q &A. Wish he had more!
