Het gezeur van sommige reviewers over de vertelstem vind ik onterecht. Deze is gewoon top. Iemand die rustig maar met passie aan het vertellen is.

Leuk om te volgen, dit familieverhaal. Iris is soms wat moeilijk te volgen omdat ze aan het einde van elke zin de klinkers van het laatste woord rèèèkt. Klinkt wat verveeld.
