  • Time to cancel MSNBC+ subscription?

Nicolle is amazing. The show is amazing. The podcast is inconsistent: Sometimes it’s no ads for subscribers and other times there are ads. For several weeks the show hasn’t dropped on Monday’s. It’s frustrating to pay for a podcast that’s so unreliable. Longtime listener and MSNBC+ subscriber here. Please restore the full two hours of Deadline Whitehouse in a single podcast. Also, after 9/9/2025 no new episodes have dropped. This podcast is why I’m a subscriber. Is it time to cancel my subscript... more

  • Venezuela

Trump is going at Venezuela because he couldn’t get Maduro to play ball with him like he did with Ecuador’s dictator. He is sending a message to the South America countries. Play ball with me or you are next. SCOTUS is going to ruin this country. I guess money does talk.

“Trump’s fracturing coalition”
Q: How is she even on the radar?
She was an ordinary American kid like everyone else, but technically missed the cutoff date.
“Trump’s fracturing coalition”
Q: Is there in that support, fear?
Yes, the support comes about because they are afraid of death threats and public backlash.
"A full circle moment for Hegseth and the White House"
Q: What do you think the men and women of the military are feeling right now about their Secretary of Defense and Commander-in-Chief?
They think that he is a joke and they are not trusting the leadership of this man, as his actions have put their safety at risk.
"A full circle moment for Hegseth and the White House"
Q: Shane, take us through what you know about the IG report.
The report is pretty unambiguous about what Pete Hegseth did, sharing information in a signal chat that could have jeopardized US forces.
“One of the most troubling things I've seen”
Q: What is your message to the men and women of the military who are today being asked by folks above them in the chain of command to carry out more strikes?
You have a responsibility not to carry out unlawful orders; striking defenseless individuals appears to be unlawful.
