I just came across this podcast some weeks back and I honestly can't believe I wasn't in the know sooner on this. I'm a huge fan of the way Kendra presents the information in a easy to understand answer to the questions she is asked.

Great content even if you're not a SQL DBA (e.g. business intelligence) and regardless of your skill and experience level.
