    To get to the point:

    -Hosts have the arrogance one would expect of anyone in sales.

    -They lie, like anyone in sales.

    -“Hustler” isn’t an insult to these people. It’s a warped culture.

    -they DO occasionally have guests who try to tell the truth: that the Denver/front range real estate market is going down the tubes. They do get a star for this. Commercial RE and condos in particular are absolutely brutal right now. Of course, a year ago these guys would’ve had you buy a condo.
