    Mache schon länger CF, aber nicht auf einem super krassen Level. I h laufe auch gerne und liebe Sport im allgemeinen. Ich mag daher besonders, dass hier nicht das Dogma “entweder Cardio oder Krafttraining “ vorherrscht, wenn es um einen Mehrwert für die Gesundheit geht.
