    Coriander/cilantro tastes like poison. Parmesan is a salt. A bit of lemon lifts everything. I wish I were famous so I could get a meal by Angela and folks would be interested in my favorite sandwich filling, herb, and way to eat eggs and potatoes. The best herb is parsley but the yummiest is lemon thyme.
