When the mind runs rampant with thoughts that play over and over in your head, one of the biggest mistakes is expecting it to be silent. This is where I believe it is most useful to have a guide to help ease us into the stillness our heart, mind, body, soul and spirit needs. Without judgment, without expectation, just allowing to be lead and letting our imagination go into where our spirit guides us. Thank you Chelsea for your heart of servitude. My soul has been craving something like this!
