  • Very, very helpful

Jeremy & Kenn do a fantastic job of helping me “keep doctrine in its place”. As we strain towards the finish line in life, we all want to be in “the best lane”… and yet, there is validity of non-heretical hermeneutical approaches. I appreciate that these gentlemen are helping me to have healthy guardrails between primary doctrine, secondary doctrine and doubtful things.

  • Love these podcasts!!

I look forward to each podcast because I learn so much about what the bible is saying in its context, and not filtered thru a man- made theology. Thank you for your podcasts!

Great episode! Thank you for encouraging great discernment when reading certain authors. Yes we all need to be careful in cutting across the board. Only problem would be the young/newer in the faith who fall prey to some of the authors you mentioned and don’t have the wisdom yet. They get captivated and it’s hard to convince them to turn back from that teaching.

How Are Covenant Theology and Dispensationalism Different? (Mega-Episode)
Q: How does the dispensational view interpret the New Covenant in relation to Israel?
Dispensationalists believe that the New Covenant is distinct and applies specifically to Israel in the future, meaning the church currently experiences some blessings from the New Covenant but does not fully participate in the specific promises meant for Israel.
How Are Covenant Theology and Dispensationalism Different? (Mega-Episode)
Q: What's the critique of the Covenant of Works?
The critique is that such a covenant is not described in the Bible, despite the existence of concepts about God electing a people. The Bible does not specifically mention a covenant between the Father and Son in eternity past, therefore it is inferred that this concept is not biblically accurate.
148: Do I HAVE to go to church?
Q: Does this mean I'm not saved if I do not attend a church?
It's possible that your refusal to attend could represent an unrepentant heart of unbelief, and this should be concerning for you.
148: Do I HAVE to go to church?
Q: What if there aren't any good churches in my area?
You should assess your criteria for a good church and recognize that no church is perfect; you may need to prioritize primary doctrine over secondary issues and consider starting a Bible study with like-minded believers.
