  • Necessary, but man…

This podcast fills a much-needed niche in popular music. The New Wave sound was/is so fantastic, but since its heyday passed, it’s hard to find news and reviews on it. Well, here ya go. But then we’ve got problems - and this after listening to many episodes - The reviews tend to sound repetitive and rehearsed. • Just discovered your podcast - superb

I came across your podcast as you featured Ian McNabb’s superb new album, a long time favourite artist. Then on the next show you had an interview with another great, Jay Aston from Gene Loves Jezebel, really enjoyable, Jay sounds like a top bloke.

  • I’ve Been Waiting!

As a true first generation New Waver & alternative music lover, I find it so dismissive when a ‘legacy’ band releases something new and it’s ignored. This podcast does a noble service to those releases. Well done!
