Thankful for downtown Pres
There never seems to be a time that I don’t learn some thing new and am encouraged afresh from listening to the preaching from this pulpit. Though I’m way over in Oklahoma, I appreciate Brian Habig and his friends and I’m thankful for the time I can listen even when sick.
I am so grateful for this podcast and for the preaching that comes from this church. I listen to it on my way to work in the morning. When I don’t, I miss it. I really like how they string together sermons. The sermon series on Ephesians was amazing. It’s a good mix of learning more about the Bible and life application. I wish I lived closer and could attend in person. If you try it, I recommend listening to a few sermons in a series.
Would recommend this podcast to anyone exploring Christianity as well as those who have been believers for decades.
In a workshop last year, I was asked to list the three people who have had the biggest impact on me. I knew my top three immediately, but I felt a little awkward listing someone I’d never even met. Brian was the campus minister at MSU when my husband (though he wasn’t my husband then) and I were at State. The hubs always admired Brian. I didn’t get it.
