A1 : 在過敏三部曲中，第一個出現的臨床症狀就是”異位性皮膚炎”。現在學齡前的孩童，大約有10%的機率被兒科醫師診斷出異位性皮膚炎。整體的盛行率則是逐年增加。這個疾病雖然不會致病童於死地，但卻造成病童生活上極大的不舒適，以致生活品質低下。異位性皮膚炎的皮膚表現多變，廣義來說，它就是”濕疹”的一種。異位性皮膚炎的醫學定義是 : 慢性 & 反覆發作的皮膚搔癢症狀，與家族遺傳及過敏體質有相關。
