An incredible podcast, very interesting and extremely entertaining.
A nice podcast but… Way too many reenactments and too long. Look at any Ken Burns documentary, the voice reenactments are very short as they should be.
I almost never write reviews, but this story was interesting and the format was very entertaining. The storytelling and characters brought so much life to an otherwise potentially boring story. I binged it for two days. Couldn’t wait to hear what was next even though the obvious was looming. Make more series like this. Simply loved it!
Cross country trip and we’re hooked !
What a great story. Well produced and acted. I learned so much while listening and was entertained. Loved it!

A really wonderful, entertaining story. Five stars ⭐️.
Loved it.
I really wanted to hear this story but I couldn’t get through the first episode. The corny dramatic scenes are so awkward and silly, like a bad high school play. Just tell us the story.
Sebastian Maniscalo is excellent!
This was so interesting and well done. Learned while falling into the story. Loved the research offered , the insight, the thought provoking questions. I can’t say enough about it.
And actors were incredible.
I loved this story and how it was made! Listened to the entire show in a day!
This was great except for that he dident have 67 million dollars he was actually poor he may have had closer to 2 million cash because the rest was in an account that he used to pay back creditors and investors
好的英文學習,有逐字稿,專業聲音演員,背景音樂能融入故事氛圍,環境音效細節聲音立體,旁白跟演員的左右聲道立體分明,有身歷其境的感受
I loved the feelings this brought forth; and found myself rooting for Ponzi despite the fact that I hate rich people. I especially liked how layered the story telling is. It is so much more than a story of a financial crime. It brings understanding of the mental space of the immigrants of that era, and the journalists as well. It made me consider advancements made in technology since then and how much more complicated love marriage have become. The production team’s use of voice and sound added ... more
Very watery sauce that could have been a lean 60-minute single episode.
The re-enactments with voice actors are super cringe, and these untalented fools are somehow under the misapprehension that they can speak Italian. Not English with an accent, Italian proper. Imagine the arrogance of thinking that you can act in a language you don't know just by mimicking its sounds.
